Before I go into showing you all how to put together these tasty smoothies designed to help your male hormone health, Brooke brought up a good question I think a good amount of guys out there are wondering about - is it safe for women and the rest of the family to eat these test-boosting foods? My answer is a resounding YES. You can modify these for women as well by simply using a soy protein powder or unsweetened organic soy milk to make the recipe pro-estrogen.

Let’s jump right into the smoothies:

2:57 - Blueberry Coconut Smoothie:
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 handful of blueberries, and1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt. You can also add 1.5 to 2 scoops of protein powder to make the smoothie a great meal replacement or, my favorite, shaved coconut for texture.

The coconut milk contains the necessary saturated fats to facilitate test production since it supports the body’s ability to produce cholesterol - a precursor needed for making testosterone. Blueberries contain resveratrol - anti-aromatase yielding estrogen-lowering effects.

5:24 - Green Machine Power Smoothie:
Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk, 1 medium banana, 1/2 cup diced pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup of greek yogurt and 1 handful of kale; topped off with a scoop of peanut butter & ice.

This smoothie contains “Superman” superfoods full of antioxidants and nutrients for supporting hormone health. Kale is a cruciferous veggie that is anti-estrogenic, packed with vitamin A, C and K as well as zinc and magnesium. Don’t worry guys - you can’t taste the kale in this smoothie. Never be scared to add veggies to smoothies since all the other ingredients mask the taste. The banana and pineapple are rich with vitamin B and potassium. Pineapple also contains bromelain and riboflavin that are necessary for naturally manufacturing testosterone in the body. Peanut butter is packed with monounsaturated fats. The generous amounts of amino acids and monounsaturated fats found in nuts proven to increase blood flow “down there” and promote higher levels of test.

9:50 - Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients: 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa and 1/2 cup strawberries. Add ice and blend for 30-45 seconds. You can also modify the flavor with Truvia or stevia for your sweetness preferences.

The raw cocoa is loaded with magnesium and l-arginine - an amino acid designed to help the body build protein and stimulate the release of male hormones. Avocado is a hormone-enhancing fruit since 77% of calories in it come from fats for optimal test level. Strawberries are high in zinc - the nutrient found in the body that governs testosterone health.

You can whip one of these delicious smoothies up in the morning. Start the day off right with drinking your way to your better male hormone health.

I’ll be honest guys - I’m just like everyone else, meaning I am NOT invincible.
